Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of K&M Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use our services. In this document, "you" refers to both the individual and the organization you represent.

2. Scope of Services

K&M Solutions provides artificial intelligence (AI) solutions including:

  • AI Chatbot: Intelligent virtual assistant for 24/7 customer support
  • Voice Bot: AI voice solution for automated call handling
  • Content Summarizer: Intelligent content summarization tool
  • AI Analyzer (QAQC): Quality analysis and control tool
  • ASR (Speech Recognition): Speech-to-text conversion
  • And other AI technology products described on the Ecosystem page

Services are provided as SaaS (Software as a Service) and customized to enterprise requirements.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when registering for services
  • Each account may only be used by the registered person or authorized organization
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • K&M Solutions is not liable for any losses due to your failure to secure your account

4. Intellectual Property Rights

K&M Solutions owns all content, software, source code, interfaces, documentation and intellectual assets on the website and in products. All intellectual property rights are protected under Vietnamese law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or use without written permission from K&M Solutions.

5. Customer Rights and Obligations

  • Use services for their intended purpose and comply with applicable laws
  • Do not use services to spread viruses, malware or cause system disruption
  • Do not interfere with or bypass security features
  • Do not violate intellectual property rights or privacy of others
  • Do not engage in fraud, harassment, defamation or impersonation
  • Make full and timely payments as per service contract

6. K&M Solutions Rights and Obligations

  • Provide services as committed in the contract with guaranteed quality
  • Technical support during business hours: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:30), Sat (8:00-12:00)
  • Protect customer information per Privacy Policy
  • Provide at least 7 days notice before changes to services or terms
  • Reserve the right to suspend or terminate services upon violation of terms

7. Payment Terms

  • Service pricing is agreed upon in specific contracts with each customer
  • Payment method: Direct payment at company address
  • Payment currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND)
  • Details specified on the Payment Methods page
  • All fees exclude VAT (if applicable)

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds when K&M Solutions cannot deliver services as committed in the contract
  • No refunds for services already delivered and accepted
  • Refund processing time: 7-15 business days from approval

9. Limitation of Liability

  • K&M Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages arising from service use, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, lost profits
  • In all cases, K&M Solutions' maximum liability shall not exceed the contract value paid by you
  • K&M Solutions is not liable for third-party content or website links

10. Information Security

K&M Solutions is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with data protection regulations under Vietnamese law. Details are specified on the Privacy Policy page.

11. Changes and Termination

  • K&M Solutions reserves the right to change and update these terms. New versions will be published on the website
  • Either party may terminate the service contract with 30 days written notice
  • K&M Solutions may refuse or terminate services upon violation of terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved at competent courts in Hanoi.
